This 1979 Gibson ES-335TD Country Rock Stereo is a great example of a Gibson’s late-'70s take on the semi-hollow formula. It features the unique stereo wiring setup, giving you the option to split the signal and explore a wider tonal range than a standard 335. The maple neck has a comfortable, slim carve, and the original Tarback humbuckers offer plenty of clarity and midrange punch. The finish has mellowed nicely, showing just the right amount of age. It’s a solid, well-made player from an underrated era of Gibson production. All original other than a replacement brass nut.
