Description

This 2007 Collings MF5V features a varnish finish over an Adirondack spruce top and flamed maple back and sides, giving it a quick response with a clear, focused voice. The carved maple neck is paired with a bound ebony fingerboard and bridge, offering a smooth, direct feel under the hand. Appointments include an ebony pickguard with ivoroid binding and nickel Gotoh tuners fitted with ivoroid buttons, keeping the look clean and cohesive. The compound fingerboard radius makes for a comfortable, precise setup across the register. It remains in very good condition overall, showing a few small dings and some light buckle rash.
