Collings OM1 HC S 2026, Sunburst

Collings built the OM1 as their stripped-down orchestra model, and even with the sunburst on this one, it keeps things simple — tortoise binding, dot inlays, no herringbone trim competing with the wood underneath. The mahogany back and sides on this HC model give it a drier, more focused low end than a rosewood OM, which tends to suit fingerstyle and flatpicking about equally instead of favoring one over the other. Adirondack spruce on top adds the headroom an OM body needs, enough to dig in with a pick without the top folding under itself.
