Description

Up for sale is a pre-CBS 1964 Fender Stratocaster, dating to the golden era that many consider the peak of Fender's craftsmanship and design. The pot codes come to the 20th week of 1964, and the neck is dated August 2nd, 1964. This Strat features a lightweight alder body paired with a maple neck. There have been a few modifications: a refret (with the original frets included), a 5-way switch, and an updated output jack (with the original jack also included). The bridge cover and vibrato bar are also in the case. The original pickups produce that iconic tone with exceptional clarity, and it plays effortlessly. It comes with the original hard case.
