Fender Telecaster Custom 1968, Sunburst

This 1968 Tele Custom has accumulated plenty of honest history over the years, with checking, finish wear, and wear along the neck giving it a well-played look. The neck pickup route has been enlarged, and the guitar has a replacement pickguard and nut along with a replacement set of frets. Two switches were added to the control plate but are not connected to anything, while the bottom strap button has also been replaced. The original ash tray has been removed and is included in the case. Overall, it remains in good vintage condition with the kind of wear and modifications that give a well-used late-’60s Fender its own personality.
