This 1978 Fender Telecaster Custom is a great example of the guitars coming out of the ’70s—an era that sometimes gets a bad rap, but produced plenty of fantastic instruments. The 3-tone sunburst has aged beautifully, with the black mellowing into an almost mocha brown that gives it a really unique look. It also shows some great natural wear, including chips and scratches, adding plenty of vintage character.
