This 1934 Gibson L-00 is a lightweight, small-bodied acoustic prized for its exceptional clarity, responsiveness, and woody midrange character. Built with a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, it delivers a warm, focused voice with sweet decay and excellent dynamic range. The 14-fret neck features a comfortable V-shaped profile and a 24.75" scale length, making it an inviting and highly playable vintage instrument. The guitar is in good overall condition for its age, showing playwear throughout and benefiting from several professional repairs over the years. These include replacement tuners and nut, a refret, replacement bridge, saddle, and pins, a neck reset, two reglued back braces, a replacement bridge plate, repaired cracks below the bridge (reinforced with three maple cleats), a crack below the fingerboard extension (reinforced with a maple cleat), and repaired heel crack.
