Gibson Les Paul Junior 1957, Sunburst

Golden-era Gibson Les Paul Juniors are arguably some of the coolest guitars the brand ever produced. What was once seen as a more entry level item in the catalogue is now regarded as minimalist perfection. The solid Honduran mahogany slab body and wrap tailpiece create great sustain, which compliments the bridge P90 quite well. In the 1950s, an era where rock and roll was growing, it's incredible to think that the single pickup  on the guitar would be put in the bridge position and with such aggressiveness for lead playing. It's a design arrangement that still reigns king. This example is in all original condition, with only a tuner button replacement, a minor fret level, and a replacement of the jack plate (broken original in case). If you are a collector that's looking for a little mojo, this is the condition you are looking for.
