This 1970 Gibson RB-250 Mastertone in Natural is a classic bowtie-era bluegrass banjo with the bright, punchy voice that made Gibson the standard in the genre. The flathead tone ring gives it a crisp, ringing attack with plenty of volume and cut, so it’s ready to drive a jam or hold its own on stage. The mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard add warmth and a smooth, fast feel, and the slim nut makes Scruggs rolls and quick chord changes easy. Twin metal coordinator rods let you fine-tune the neck angle and action, and a Remo Weather King head keeps the tone consistent no matter the humidity.  This is a player-grade instrument and shows signs of wear on the frets and where the railroad spikes have been inserted.

Includes a HSC.
