This 2025 Gibson Historic Makeovers '54 Les Paul Goldtop is a stunning recreation of a classic 1950s original, featuring extensive Historic Makeovers upgrades for an authentic vintage experience. The fingerboard has been replaced with Brazilian rosewood, the top has been re-carved, and the neck profile has been recreated to match the feel of a true 1950s Gibson Goldtop. Additional work includes a hot hide glue neck reset, custom lacquer finish, authentic weather checking, and realistic distressing throughout. The result is an exceptional instrument with the look, feel, and character of a beautifully aged vintage Les Paul while maintaining modern reliability and playability.
