Masterbuilt by the former head of the G&L Custom Shop, this is a faithful replica of the early 1980's Kramer guitars built for Eddie Van Halen! Specifically, this is a replica of the famous "1984" guitar, which was built as a backup for the "5150" Kramer Pacer for the 1984 Album touring cycle..
Built with body dimensions, contouring, and neck specs taken from a real 1985 Kramer Pacer, this is as close as you can get to the real deal.
Utilizing a Poplar body, a quartersawn maple neck and fretboard, walnut skunk stripe, and utilizing the 1984-reissue Floyd Rose tremolo (with an upgraded high-mass brass trem block). Wired with a single volume and a Seymour Duncan JB pickup for that killer mid-80's EVH tone. Painted and striped using every available reference photo and video of the "1984" guitar to be as accurate as possible, including using a Kramer style neck plate with the same serial number as the real guitar (B4125), as well as the famous "Space Tape" holographic 1984 sticker.
Modern design concessions include pocket-cut fret slots, an easy-access spoke-wheel style truss rod, and a perfect Plek fret level, this thing is ready for all the EVH licks you can throw at it.
Grab this guitar and get as close as you can to owning a piece of rock history.
