Description

This 1967 Martin D-28 is an awesome example of the beloved model. 1967 was one of the last few years these guitars were constructed with Brazilian Rosewood back and sides and a thin maple bridge plate, making this example very desirable. The top was refinished to sunburst, and its expert work. Its back and sides are very clean with overspray to note and a small waist crack repair. The fingerboard is a replacement (bound with 42-style inlays) and the bridge has a custom abalone inlay. This was someone's custom restoration.

All-in-all an excellent example with bellowing tone and great playability! Includes chipboard case.
