Description

The 2022 Martin D-28 Rich Robinson Natural Relic is a meticulously crafted signature model inspired by Robinson's cherished 1954 D-28. This guitar features an aged Sitka spruce top paired with aged East Indian rosewood back and sides, delivering a balanced tone with enhanced volume. Its rearward-shifted, non-scalloped X-bracing contributes to its distinctive sound. The genuine mahogany neck, shaped in the 1954 Rich Robinson barrel and heel profile, offers a comfortable playing experience. Vintage-inspired appointments include an ebony fingerboard and bridge, aged nickel tuners, and a thin vintage gloss finish. Each instrument bears a specially designed label signed by Rich Robinson, adding to its collectibility. Includes the original hardshell case.
