This Masterbuilt Nocaster, built by Levi Perry, offers the best of multiple worlds. It starts with classic Nocaster specifications and elevates the formula with a hand-wound Wide Range humbucker in the neck position, creating an exceptionally versatile instrument without sacrificing its vintage-inspired character.
The Wide Range neck pickup delivers a fuller, richer voice than a traditional Telecaster neck pickup, offering added depth and warmth while maintaining excellent clarity. Paired with the hotter bridge pickup, the result is a broad tonal palette that ranges from smooth and articulate to punchy, aggressive, and unmistakably Telecaster when called upon.
The early-'50s-spec neck feels fantastic in hand, providing a substantial yet comfortable vintage playing experience that encourages hours of effortless playing.
