Modifications/Repairs	This was originally a 1942 LG that was sent back to the factory in the mid-1960s to get a re-top, and in the process the neck width was shaved, a truss rod was added, and the guitar was refinished with the addition of a new pickguard. It is essentially untouched from the time of that repair and is in excellent condition.
Condition Notes	Overall very clean, only light signs of ware.

Description

Unique indeed, originally a 1942 LG and then re-topped and modified at the factory in the 60's to become a B-25. It's in excellent condition for its age with the factory refinish, and plays very comfortably with the skinnier neck that was modified to be more of a B-25 width. However, the neck still has that thick 40's depth giving this guitar a very unique feel. Comes in a period correct Gibson chipboard case.
