This 1940's Gibson LG-2 is h
eavily worn, fully broken-in feel with a chunky “C” neck that sits comfortably in the hand and feels solid and familiar up and down the fretboard. Despite the wear, it has a stable, responsive feel with an easy, relaxed playing tension typical of well-played vintage flat-tops.Tone is dry, warm, and woody with a strong midrange focus and quick, immediate response. It has the classic small-body punch of a 1940s LG-2—clear, direct, and highly articulate—while still opening up nicely under a strong strum. Notes are separated and present, with a slightly compressed vintage character and a very “played-in” openness.
Comes with vintage hardshell case.
