Description
This 1965 Gibson SG is finished in Cherry and presents in excellent vintage condition, with light checking throughout and mild buckle rash. The guitar has seen a neck repair, refret, and new nut, while the original pickups have been replaced with a pair of 1967 patent-number pickups. It also had a stoptail conversion at one point, adding to its history of changes over the years. Despite these updates, it remains a great-playing example of the mid-’60s SG, with the lightweight feel and focused character that make this period particularly appealing.
Includes OHSC.
