Description

The 1954 Super 400 Cutaway represents the final year of production for Gibson’s flagship archtop before the model was discontinued in 1955. This example retains its original Kluson Sealfast tuners, Double McCarty pickguard, and original brown Lifton case, with the carved Spruce top paired with Maple back and sides. The top has been refinished, while the rest of the guitar remains in excellent condition. With its large 18" body and elegant cutaway, this is a particularly interesting late-production Super 400.
