This 1938 pre-war Martin is converted from a Hawaiian style guitar to a fingerstyle player and the results are fantastic. The Brazilian rosewood back and sides are gorgeously figured and sonically brilliant with a warm, cozy tone. The top is nice and dry after all these years for a defined, snappy response. It has several repaired top cracks that have been oversprayed, as well as several other repairs and modifications as part of the conversion.
The full extent of the repairs is denoted over in our Specs tab. Includes vintage hard shell case.
