Condition NotesGuitar show pick wear on the top around and above the sound hole, along with finish checking throughout consistent with general wear and tear for something its age.

The 1970 Martin D-12-35 reflects a period when Martin’s 12-string dreadnoughts were built with a warm, open voice and a distinctly balanced low end, thanks in part to the model’s three-piece rosewood back construction. This example has benefited from a neck reset, compression refret, and bridge reglue, giving it the structural attention often needed to keep a vintage 12-string performing as intended. The neck retains the substantial feel common to the era, while the understated appointments and clean lines remain true to the model’s understated character. It stands as a well-maintained example of Martin’s early 1970s 12-string design
