Description

This 2014 Martin D-41 delivers the rich, piano-like balance and shimmering overtones that have made the 40-series a benchmark for rosewood dreadnoughts. Built with a spruce top over Indian rosewood back and sides, it offers a powerful low end, clear trebles, and impressive projection, paired with a comfortable C-profile mahogany neck and a sleek ebony fingerboard. The 25.5" scale, 1.7" nut width, and 17" radius provide a familiar modern Martin feel, well-suited to both flatpicking and strumming. This example is very clean with only minor signs of use, and a previous bridge re-glue that appears stable and well-executed. It includes the original hardshell case.
