Description

This 1961 Gibson SG Jr in original TV Yellow finish is exceedingly rare and it was played heavily for many years, as if its owner was not aware; hence some of the coolest patina we have ever seen. Sun, nicotine, alcohol, and maybe even a fog machine, had its go at this TV yellow finish. Apart from a common wing separation reglue and replaced jack, the guitar is in its original form. In addition, a recent refret with vintage correct fretwire has it playing, quite likely, its best in years. A Mojo Axe bridge and locking stud set are included should the next owner prefer to dial the guitar in further.
