This is a beautifully executed reissue of the original dreadnought design. The Ditson 111 is based on the first dreadnought guitar Martin built for the Oliver Ditson Company in 1916, and it stays true to that early blueprint with a 12-fret neck, Adirondack spruce top, and mahogany back and sides. It delivers an impressive voice—big, open, and powerful—while maintaining easy, comfortable action. An added L.R. Baggs Hi-Fi Duet pickup expands its versatility for stage or studio use without sacrificing its natural tone. The guitar is in great condition, showing normal, honest wear throughout, and comes with the original hardshell case.
